Complaints Policy
At Patrick Internet, we take customer satisfaction seriously, and we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We have a clear and concise customer complaint policy in place to ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Our customer complaint policy is as follows:
Acknowledge the complaint: We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible, either by phone or email, within five working days of receipt.
Investigate the complaint: We will investigate the complaint thoroughly, gathering all relevant information and speaking to any staff involved.
Keep you informed: We will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint throughout the investigation process, and we will provide regular updates on any actions we are taking to resolve the issue.
Resolve the complaint: We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, and we will provide you with a written response to your complaint within 14 working days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this time frame, we will provide you with a clear explanation of the reasons for the delay and an estimated time frame for resolution.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you can escalate your complaint to our senior management team. They will review your case and provide a final response within 28 days of receipt.
Feedback: We value feedback from our customers and use it to improve our services. After your complaint has been resolved, we will ask you for feedback on the handling of your complaint and our overall service.
