Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to common questions.

WordPress itself is updated several times a year, and plugins/themes may update weekly. If you’re not updating regularly, you risk security vulnerabilities and broken features. With our plans, updates are handled monthly (Core Care) or weekly (Performance and Growth).

A neglected site is vulnerable to hackers, can run slowly, and may break when updates pile up. Regular maintenance keeps your site secure, fast, and healthy, protecting your business and your reputation.

It’s simple: choose a plan that fits your needs, and we’ll handle the onboarding. That includes a full site audit, backups, and security setup before we begin ongoing care.

  • Ignoring plugin updates until they break something.

  • Not having a reliable backup system in place.

  • Using too many untested plugins.

  • Forgetting about security hardening.

Our job is to make sure you avoid all of these pitfalls.

Anyone can update a plugin, but not everyone can test compatibility, monitor uptime, and recover a site if something goes wrong. That’s why businesses outsource to a dedicated WordPress team.

Brute force login attempts, outdated plugins, malware injections, and poor hosting setups. Our plans include optimised hosting, security monitoring, firewall protection, and malware removal if needed.

Yes — all our plans have WordPress Hosting included. As part of onboarding, we would transfer your site onto our servers. For peace of mind, we have been hosting websites since 2007, and were one of the first independent web hosting companies in the UK… So you are in safe hands.

We’ll be alerted right away, restore it from a secure backup, and fix the cause — included in every plan.

Yes. Because ecommerce sites are more complex (orders, stock, payment gateways), we recommend at least the Core Care for advice & support, but if your website needs more management, we recommend the Business Performance plan for weekly updates and priority support.

Some premium plugins are included as part of our toolkit. Others may require separate licenses — we’ll advise you during onboarding so there are no surprises.

Your plan includes a set amount of small edits or blog publishing each month. If you need more, we can provide additional development or content support at our standard hourly rate.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts — just 30 days’ notice if you want to cancel.

We’ll perform a one-off repair and clean up before placing you on a plan. After that, our ongoing maintenance helps make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Ready for Peace of Mind?

Your website deserves more than “hope it works.” Choose your plan today and let us do the rest.
